Mô tả công việc
・Managing and handling day-to-day accounts and related tasks across all outlets, including recording of receipts, cash flow discrepancies and item returns
・Ensuring payments to suppliers are made on time
・Monthly profit and loss report and analysis
・Quarterly account closing and submission to accounting firm
・Liaising with local and overseas vendors in arranging a smooth delivery process.
・Ordering of shop supplies and following up with suppliers regarding any quality issues.
・Coordinate vendors to ensure that shop repairs and maintenances are done on a timely basis.
・Coordinating of new shop openings with various suppliers and departments.

Education level：University
Must
・Can join overseas training in Malaysia andSingapore for 2~3 months.
・Chief accountant certification
・Degree in Accountancy/Business studies
・Good Japanese (JLPT N3~N2) OR Good English speaking
・+3 years of experience as accountant
・Proficient in Google Sheets
・Good interpersonal and communication skills.
・Independent and responsible in work.
・Able to handle full set accounts
■Working time
Mon-Sat：10:00 ~ 19:00
※Fixed off on Wednesdays
※It's shift working including Saturday.

■Salary:
1. Japanese Chief Accountant: $1000 ~$1500 (depend on Japanese skill)
