Duties and responsibilities:
- Prepare and attend weekly & monthly sales meetings or any other meetings if needed
- Conduct monthly account review & new accounts
- Prepare sales month-end report
- Prepare monthly production report
- Plan and update weekly sales activities
- Report weekly sales calls
- Assist with compilation of business plan and regular action plans
- Complete needed paper work/form/gift… for sales trip (if required)
- Complies, in conjunction with Head of Department in the compilation of budgets and
targets covering assigned sales activities
- Executes the approved annual sales plans
- Regularly maintains the revenue forecast, in close co-operation with Revenue Team
- Develops and recommends pricing strategies which reflects the greatest possible
market share over the long run
- Weekly attend Revenue meeting with pick up and loss revenue highlights, reviews
challenges for open discussion to overcome challenges and propose solution
- Plan for sales trips based on business priorities and ensures the effectivity of execution
- Properly manages entertainment activities; ensures all based on business priorities and
client’s potentials with reasonable expenses
- Frequently monitors and evaluates local, national and international market trends as
well as the competitor hotels’ sales initiatives, ensuring that the Hotels’s marketing and
sales remain competitive and cutting edge
- Properly manages all key sales accounts and groups. propose suitable strategies for
pricing, inventory and sales resources allocation
- Oversees the follows-up of all proposals

Yêu cầu công việc
- Fluent English, a second language will be an advantage
- Minimum 3-5-year experience in a similar position in international hotels or companies with same category
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Hotel Management, Tourism related education
- Knowledge about the hospitality industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well with a diverse team
- Experience in a sales role with a proven track record to close a sale
- Passion for sales and for achieving targets and objectives
- Proficiency in Microsoft office Pack
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
