Mô tả Công việc Be responsible for HRIS project as a Project Manager. Working with vendor for the planning, development, testing, and implementation of the HRIS system Responsible for being the contact point for communicating with vendor on all system-related issues Training and supporting all internal users to smoothly operate HRIS. Perform daily audits of data entered and interfaced between systems Provide support for the HRIS including, but not limited to, researching, and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results, or process flaws Identifies, recommends, and supports implementations of systems and solutions to improve system capabilities for current or future needs Work with stakeholders to architect, design, build, and implement application integrations. Serve as company resource to develop and run monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensure data integrity within the HRIS. Ensures effective data entry and file maintenance for new hires, employee changes, and termination are in place. Identifying opportunities for automation within all aspects of HR processes Working with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements/processes and identify areas of improvement. Experience in leading HR system project and successful launch. HR process understand and system integration knowledge and implementation experience in HRIS are required. Programing skill is an advantage. Customer Service mindset and Problem solving KPIs Ensure HRIS modules launch successfully as approval timeline. Ensure data HRIS is accurate (including employee's data and level of approval access data) and confidential.
