Key Accountabilities/ Job Description: Recruitment and Support Sales team • Perform recruitment & selection process based on annual talent acquisition plan to ensure timely provision of recruitment services and meet recruitment KPI (all sales positions such as salesman, sales supervisor, sales back office....) • Conduct initial interview; arrange and coordinate interviews with hiring managers & HRBP • Manage the candidate pools and employee referral program • Coordinate with Sales team to ensure effective onboarding plan for newcomers • Support engagement activities in Sales Reporting • Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Recruitment and Budget Reporting Employer Branding • Support in developing and implementing the Employer Branding plan and Fresh Graduate Program • In collaboration with the Sales function to conduct thorough induction sessions for all incoming FS Others • Track and ensure onboarding process compliance with company policy (documents, system) • Participate in annual HR projects • Perform other job-related duties as assignedJob Requirements: • University degrees, preferably majoring in Human Resources, Foreign Trade, Business Administration... • 03-years' experience working in a similar position, mass recruitment for sales is a plus • Good at English & MS Office • Ability to learn, good communication skills, and result-oriented • Able to work independently and be a team playerThưởng Attractive package Đào tạo Good training courses Xe đưa đón Company bus
