I. Job Purpose: To be responsible for administration work of construction and project department Coordinate with the Project team to complete relevant tasks. To be responsible for doing the payment for suppliers and contractors Connect and guide related work with external partners (contractors, consultants, etc.) and other internal departments. II. Job Accountabilities: In charge of work related to the bidding process. Connect, guide and work with other contractors and consultants on completing advance and payment documents according to available standards and documents. Responsibility of handling, managing, and overseeing the documents of each construction project (store), including bid documents, quality records, advance/payment paperwork, and drawings, etc. Manage and arrange document retention effectively. Other tasks assign by line managerDiploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines. Minimum 3 years working experience in administration & purchasing. Excellent interpersonal skills, resourceful with positive working attitude. Able to work independently and possess a high level of responsibility and commitment. Able to work under pressure and overtime. Good time management skills. Good communication skills. Good performance in team work. Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.). Basic level of English ( Listening, speaking, writing reports ).
