Main responsibility: For processing Job Entry, Change orders to Eng’g and to coordinate with Order Management Supervisor for non-standard Items / follow up with all concerned departments in achieving Customer requirements as per the Signed Contract.

Authority: To review contract documents, drawings, estimates, design calculations and L/C advices, etc. Prepare several documents and sign to process for further actions that are concerned in CIF/FJBD, Shipping Release, Job Status, CO, ARF, Claim, UMR Change, etc. Assist Order Management Supervisor in preparation of Loading Plan and Production schedule. Monitor with the secretary for updating the MFS System.

Responsibility in details:

*Processing of Order Entry/Change orders: Review the PIS, Change Orders, Claims etc. received from Sales Office, Prepares the final job PIS .., Consults with the OM Supervisor ,...To lead the OM Engineers in the absence of OM Supervisor

* Follow ups with area office and Coordination with Other Departments at Head Office: Actively maintain / track the latest status, Coordinate with other Dept (Purchasing, Finance..) ., Update and follow-up on jobs and keeps the Area Office updated status.., Issue Shipping Release .., Works as a liaison office between various departments in Head Office and between H.O and Sales Offices.

* Processing of Claims

* Processing jobs with Erection under companys' scope

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

* Bachelor in Civil/Architectural Engineering (or) Diploma in Civil Engineering with a min. of 1-2 years experience (Essential qualification)

* Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Eng’g (or) Contract Management (Desired qualification)

* Knowledge of MS Office, Auto CAD and Computer Applications in Engineering Works

*At least 5 years experience in Project Management (Preferably involved in PEB / Structural Steel Fabrication / Erection) 

* Good command in English

* Self-motivated, elaborated communication skills and speed of action in accordance with the requirements of the job

* Good looking, Dynamic and Optimistic
