Role Description

• Responsible for the execution of Corporate Communications activities, both internal and external, at the local operation sites with high quality and efficiency.
• Assist and work with local team in employee relations / industrial relations, digital/social media communications, internal and external events.
• Align with Hong Kong Corporate Communications on communications messages, channel management and corporate-wide initiatives.

Roles & Responsibility:

• Work with local team to implement internal and external corporate communications activities. These activities include preparation and dissemination of internal announcement and quarterly newsletter, support town hall meetings (if any), promotion of internal activities, handling of media enquiries and interviews.
• Manage internal and external promotion channels: Yammer, Intranet, Notice board, TV, Vietnam Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
• Responsible for corporate designs and internal events for the factories (posters, banners, presentations, clips, etc.).
• Translate and customize corporate messages in local language and disseminate at appropriate channels.
• Coordinate with other Vietnam locations in management of promotion channels.
• Support and execute planned and ad-hoc internal and external communications projects/ events.
• Create and manage contents including written and multimedia materials, graphic designs.
• Propose ideas, budget, and organize large internal company events such as Staff Dinner, Employee Dinner, Management Team Building, etc.
• Training for users in various departments on Branding Entities.
• Basic training on filming/photography/design standards according to corporate guidelines.
• Support local GMs and HR to promote Tessellation Vietnam as ‘The Employer of Choice’

Qualifications

• University graduate, major in Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration, Communications or related disciplines 
• At least 3-5 years of work experiences in communications
• Experience working in multinational company is an advantage
• Proficient in both written and spoken English
