Mô tả công việc
• Conduct financial analysis at the Group Level in order to identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization
• Analyze and evaluate factors that have an unusual/a significant variance compared to the business's annual operation plan at all Subsidiaries
• Forecast processes and propose solutions in order to minimize obstacles in business operations
• Prepare analysis reports according to management requirements
• Participate in the capital mobilization process for Subsidiaries and Group
• Providing advice/consultation related to accounting and finance matters to subsidiaries in order to improve their financial decisions
• Participate in financial analysis of some related investment opportunities
• Participate in Reviewing Budget and AOP for Subsidiaries, in organizing subsidiaries AOP presentation
• Providing financial analysis insight and guidance to less-experienced team members
• Participate in cash management if required
• Participate in ERP setup if required
• Other tasks as assigned by the CFO/Finance Manager

Yêu cầu công việc
JOB REQUIREMENT
• At least 4-5 years of experience, with a strong background in audit and finance.
• Have VAS knowledge, general knowledge of macroeconomics, and information about the retail, hotel, and restaurant industries
• Financial analysis skills.
• Ability to present financial data using detailed reports and charts/ insightful visual displays
• Fluency in both English and Vietnamese
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with subsidiaries
• Attention to detail, eager to learn, team player, responsive
• Critical thinking & positive thinking, relationship management
• Be able to adapt new technologies and tools

Vào đây làm không học hỏi được gì cả. Công ty trả lương trễ cho nhân viên, công ty không có khám sức khoẻ cho nhân viên, công ty cũng không tổ chức du lịch hàng năm cho nhân viên.
