Position: Vaccine Patient Education Manager

Working Location: Friendship Tower, 31 Le Duan Street, Sai Gon Ward, HCMC

JOB SUMMARY:

The primary purpose of the Vaccine Patient Education Manager is to lead all educational campaigns of vaccine in the hospital channel to raise the awareness of patients and HCPs about the role of vaccines in protection of people while closely collaborating with the respective marketers and medical in the company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and execute the patients & HCPs communication plan of vaccines:
Account management –manage the accounts in educational activities to approach the right target audiences (pts and HCPs).
Content development and approval – localize or build new contents aligned with the strategies of brands.
Content planning – build the deployment plan of the content matched with the brand plans.
Partner with Marketing & Consumer MKT teams on communication plan, including:
Understand commercial strategies and bring the expertise in patients and HCPs educational communication to co-develop the brand plan.
Align communication campaign plans cross-vaccines to ensure the synergy of promotional activities to deliver the appropriate messages to HCPs and patients.
Work with global and regional team to bring the right content, channels, and other tools to serve the public educational objectives of relevant vaccines.
The roles longer-term goals include:
Design, build, track and share channel analytics required to inform the strategic direction of the customer marketing mix.
Set campaign goals and KPIs, measure and report all educational campaigns' performance, and assesses against goals.
Understand and apply the principles, practices, and ethics involved in developing effective public educational programs
Lead the awareness building and skills training for commercial colleagues across digital channel capabilities

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Strong educational communication experience for patients and HCPs
Experience in working with the hospitals and medical associations as sales or/and marketing
Strong ability to manage multiple projects and timeframes in a complex organizational structure
Strong strategic thinking, analytic, interpersonal, influence and communications skills
Strong partner relationship and collaboration skills - ability to generate credibility with senior stakeholders
Strong English and Vietnamese language ability (written and spoken)
Educated to Medical/Pharmacy Bachelors degree level or equivalent
