- Copywriting and Content Strategy (60%)
- Develop and execute content strategies and creative copy for marketing campaigns, including ads, social media, website content, and print materials.
- Craft compelling and persuasive copy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversion in different campaigns.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. Maintain editorial standards and enforce guidelines to uphold the quality and integrity of the company’s communications.
- Ensure all content/copy are consistent with the company’s brand voice, style, and tone.
- Leadership and Management (20%)
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of content creators
- Set clear goals and expectations for the team and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.
- Collaboration and Coordination (10%)
- Work closely with other departments, such as Design, Product Marketing, Sales...
- Coordinate with Creative team external agencies/suppliers to develop creative ideas and concepts for External/Internal campaigns including new product launching, promotion campaign, BAU, etc...
- Performance Tracking and Reporting (10%)
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of content strategies.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the Marketing Director and other stakeholders.
- Other tasks related to the role assigned by the line manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in content creation, (focusing on copywriting), with at least 1 years in a team management role.
- Demonstrable experience in writing impactful, engaging, and conversion-focused copy.
- Proven track record of developing successful content strategies and managing content teams.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to adapt tone and style to different platforms and target audiences.
- Customer-centric content marketing approach.
