Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and optimize data pipelines to collect, process, and store data from multiple sources, with a strong focus on large-scale user data from mobile applications.
Proactively collaborate with product, mobile, and data analyst teams to thoroughly understand business problems, clarify requirements, and implement data solutions that enable rapid and accurate decision-making.
Implement and manage ETL processes, ensuring that data is complete, clean, and highly available for analytical and operational purposes.
Take ownership of the data ecosystem by managing documentation for its architecture, data flows, and internal technical standards.
Drive system performance improvements by conducting root cause analysis, then proposing and implementing optimizations—you won't just be "operating" the system, you'll be "making it better."
Propose and adopt new technologies and tools to increase the efficiency of data collection, processing, visualization, and utilization, with a focus on automation and scalability.

Required Skills

Solid programming foundation (Python or Java preferred), with a readiness to use the most suitable tool for the specific problem.
Basic understanding of data processing and database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).
Strong logical and analytical thinking; a proactive problem-solver who proposes solutions rather than waiting for instructions.
A systems-level perspective and an ownership mindset—constantly seeking ways to optimize, improve, and extract more value from data.
Experience working with data from mobile platforms such as Firebase, Adjust, Applovin, etc., is a major plus.
Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) is an advantage. You don't need to know everything, but you must be a fast, selective learner capable of applying new knowledge effectively.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
A recent graduate or having less than 1 year of experience in software engineering, backend development, or data engineering.
Candidates with a background in mobile app development and a desire to build a career in the data field are preferred.
Possesses strong teamwork and clear communication skills, with a high sense of responsibility.
