Job Title: Financial Specialist – Banking, Funds & Finance Lease

BAF JSC is a leading agricultural and livestock enterprise in Vietnam, known for integrated supply chain solutions and sustainable development. We are expanding our financial team and seek a skilled Financial Specialist to manage and optimize relationships with banks, financial funds, and leasing institutions, supporting the company’s strategic financing and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with commercial banks, investment funds, finance lease providers, and financial institutions.
• Negotiate, structure, and execute loan facilities, finance leases, and investment transactions aligned with company objectives.
• Prepare, consolidate, and provide comprehensive loan documentation packages, including loan applications, guarantees, credit proposals, and collateral records for banks.
• Monitor, oversee, and report on credit portfolio management, ensuring compliance with lending terms, payment schedules, interest rates, and covenants to minimize financial risk.
• Analyze and report on loan usage, repayment status, and financial costs to support treasury management and operational decisions.
• Manage the loan repayment plan and ensure timely payment of principal and interest.
• Manage legal documentation related to lending, guarantees, and asset collateral for bank transactions, coordinating with relevant departments to handle arising issues.
• Search for, develop, and maintain new financial partnerships with banking and non-banking institutions to expand funding sources.
• Review, analyze, and summarize financial and operational data to support decision-making on debt and lease financing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, audit/accountant, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in finance/audit, banking or related fields.
• Solid understanding of credit structures, lending procedures, lease financing, and related legal documentation.
• Proficient in financial analysis, Excel financial modeling, and preparing clear credit proposals and term sheets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing syndicated loan portfolios or cross-border financing arrangements is a plus.
• Familiarity with agricultural or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors will be advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
