Job Description
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Present strategic financial reports, conduct financial analysis to support investment decisions, monitor key financial metrics, and offer insights for business growth and process improvements.
- Develop and manage the annual budget, create financial forecasts and models, and monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and compliance with global accounting standards and internal policies.
- Efficiently manage and optimize cash flow and liquidity, ensuring adequate funding for projects and operations.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and policies to ensure full compliance.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, implement internal controls, and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Supervise and review the performance of the team and provide guidance and training where necessary.
- Revise and implement existing company policies to ensure full compliance in Vietnam.
- Maintain strong relationships with debt providers and competitive banks for project funding.
- Collaborate with legal counsel on fund structuring and VAT tax payments.
- Over 8 years in finance roles with exposure to various areas, including accounting, financial planning, analysis, and taxation, with 2 years in a managerial position.
- Proven experience in setting up corporate entities in Vietnam, including securing necessary licenses, approvals, and permits.
- Thorough understanding of project finance in Vietnam, particularly regulations related to debt and equity funding.
- Strong abilities in communication, persuasion, and presentation; skilled in interacting with individuals at different organizational levels.
- In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese accounting and tax laws, and their business implications.
- Proficient with office software like Excel, PowerPoint, and automated accounting or ERP systems.

CÔNG TY CỔ PHẦN THOMAS CAREY, là công ty 100% vốn nước ngoài, có nhà máy sản xuất đồ nội thất tại tỉnh Bình Dương, bắt đầu hoạt động từ năm 2016. Nhà máy tọa lạc trên diện tích 350.000 feet vuông, với hơn 500 công nhân. Ở đây chuyên sản xuất đồ nội thất cao cấp với các loại gỗ cứng và veneer chọn lọc nhập khẩu từ Mỹ và Châu Âu.
Sản phẩm của nhà máy rất đa dạng, bao gồm nội thất Phòng ngủ, phòng ăn và nội thất thường xuyên/có điểm nhấn, ghế bọc văn phòng phẩm và bàn trang điểm… Chủ yếu được xuất khẩu sang thị trường Mỹ với hơn 90%.
Hiện tại, công suất của nhà máy ước tính là vận chuyển 70 container hàng hóa mỗi tháng và 50 container bọc vải mỗi tháng. Trong khi công suất tối đa của nhà máy có thể đạt tới 250 container/tháng.
