Develop, implement, and maintain a robust reporting system of company performance to AC management at appropriate intervals. Lead to implement the organization problem solving process and system. Implement internal audit activity with records, follow up and verify effectiveness of corrective actions. Ensure APQP and PPAP process is followed for new products and models. Assist as necessary on completion of process flow charts, FMEA and control plans for the product. Interface with Technical Department on Work Instruction development, proper inspection and gauging frequencies, and process doc. as required. Planning, supervision, lead implementation of QC tools Monitor tester performance and analyze recorded data to prevent failure during production. Manage the operation of quality test and inspection and liaison programs In charge of all customers' returns/complaints & keep track of all 8D and provide timely update status of corrective action / 8D Cooperate with counterpart in AC Europe on product quality issue and customer satisfaction.
