JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

-  Manage and monitor general accounting accounts/receipts/invoice

- Monitoring import and export goods, checking, storing import and export documents and reporting to superiors if there are any abnormalities

- Controlling prices, purchasing costs, import and export goods, inventorying inventory, etc.

- Monitoring the quantity of assets and purchased tools; taking actual inventory of assets monthly

- Receiving, checking, and reviewing the legality of invoices and accounting documents.

- Collecting, synthesizing accounting data and preparing related reports

- Storing accounting data, managing the system of documents and books according to regulations.

Other tasks will be discussed during the interview

- 2 months of probation

- Work 8hours/day, admin time, 1.5 day off/week 

- Monthly salary and bonus 13th month salary at year end guarantee and more (depends on business situation)

- Experience in Accounting position in hotel is an advantage.
