1. Operational Leadership and Team Management:

• Provide leadership and direction to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all three craft beer restaurants.

• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant managers and staff members.

• Foster open and transparent communication channels between the area restaurants, Company headquarters, and other stakeholders.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to support professional development and growth.

2. Quality Control and Customer Experience:

• Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in service, food, and beverage offerings across all locations.

• Ensure that the customer experience remains a top priority, consistently exceeding guest expectations and fostering a positive and welcoming environment.

3. Financial Management and Strategic Planning:

• Drive financial performance through effective budgeting, cost control measures, and revenue optimization strategies.

• Work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at driving business growth and enhancing the overall guest experience.

• Proactively identify operational challenges and implement solutions to address them in a timely and effective manner.

4. Compliance and Problem-Solving:

• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

5. Marketing Support and Insights:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to provide insights into customer preferences, market trends, and competitive analysis.

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotions to support business objectives.

• Liaise with external partners, vendors, and agencies to coordinate marketing activities and ensure brand consistency.

• Provide feedback and suggestions for marketing initiatives based on operational insights and customer feedback.

6. Reporting and Analysis:

• Analyze sales, operational, and performance data to track key metrics and generate reports for senior management.

• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of operational processes and initiatives, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency gains.

Lương tháng 13: Theo quy định của Luật Lao động và Quy định của Công ty.

Phụ cấp đi lại và Công tác phí: Theo chính sách của Công ty.

Bảo hiểm: Bảo hiểm xã hội bắt buộc, Bảo hiểm sức khỏe và Bảo hiểm thất nghiệp được tuân thủ theo Pháp Luật Việt Nam. Bên cạnh đó, bạn được hưởng chế độ của gói Bảo hiểm sức khỏe do Công ty chi trả.

Ngày nghỉ lễ: Bạn sẽ được nghỉ 10 ngày Nghỉ Lễ và được hưởng nguyên lương theo Luật Lao động Việt Nam.

Ngày nghỉ hàng năm: Bạn sẽ có 12 ngày nghỉ hàng năm cho 1 năm 12 tháng.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry, with a focus on restaurant operations management.

• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrated ability to drive financial performance and achieve operational targets.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Knowledge of craft beer and the local culinary scene is a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
