Area Manager/Trainer/Auditor: Oversee multiple café locations in HCMC, ensuring quality service, operational consistency, and staff training. Hotel Manager: Lead and manage all aspects of hotel operations, including human resources, customer relations, and property administration. Hands-on Training: Begin your role by working directly in one of our stores to gain respect and trust from the experienced staff. This ground-level training is essential before transitioning into full management responsibilities. Important Note: Regardless of the position, all new hires will start by working on the ground in one of our stores to gain practical experience and respect from the team. Management responsibilities will follow only after building trust within the team. After training at the cafe, you will be assigned to either the cafe or the hotel based on your suitability.
