• Perform Reception and Information operations, applying the organizational structure defined by the Spa Manager.
•The Spa Receptionist will be required to coordinate and confirm booking for treatment in a professional and be responsible for the daily reconciliation of all Spa revenues and upselling.
• The spa Receptionist will be required to conduct their duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel's policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained
• Promotes the Pullman brand philosophy through exemplary attitude, behavior, uniform and excellent communication skills.
• Forms the link and interfaces between the hotel's different departments for support guests.
• Takes care of guests from their arrival through to their departure. Contributes to guest satisfaction at all times by providing high-quality services throughout their stay.
• Promotes the hotel's offer. Helps meet the department's quantitative targets through his/her sales efforts.2. Anticipate guest’s needs through observation and offer prompt, efficient service either personally or through effective communication with other associates.
• Coordinate and confirm all bookings for Spa Treatments from both internal & external resort guests.
• Accept payment for guests’ accounts at the end of their treatment session. Maintain a house bank and make a deposit and accurate report of receipts daily. All services payable will be immediately charged to the guest room account via reception or cash & credit card transactions recorded on a daily revenue summary sheet.
• Adhere to hotel credit procedures and policies at all times.
• Have a good working knowledge of the treatments and services on offer in the Spa & Health Club Centre.
• Respect and observe guests’ privacy and safety at all times. To monitor and report unusual incidents in the area including unauthorized persons entering the Spa & Health Club Centre.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all hotel and area events and activities so that guests will receive accurate and prompt information when requested.
• Undertake other duties as requested by the Spa & Health Club Manager / Resort Management.
• Attend training sessions and meetings as requested.
• Uphold the Pullman culture by demonstrating Pullman Standards at all times to guests and fellow associates.
• Personally ensure compliance with all relevant Workplace Health & Safety and Occupational Health & Safety legislation and related Pullman Resort Da Nang Policies.
