Baller Headwear is a caps manufacturer servicing foreign brands. We’re looking for QA Supervisor to ensure that all products produced meet the company’s quality standards and customer specifications through proactive quality checks, process monitoring, and collaboration with production teams and suppliers.

WHAT WILL YOU INVOLVE

• Assist the QA Manager in developing, implementing, and overseeing the execution of QA procedures, standards, and inspection guidelines for all production stages.
• Directly manage, operate, and supervise the daily activities of QA/QC teams (fabric inspection, in-line inspection, final inspection, and AQL checks).
• Ensure strict compliance with buyer’s technical requirements, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and legal regulations.
• Closely monitor quality performance and lead the implementation of corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for defects.
• Work closely with Merchandising, Production, and Technical teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
• Take primary responsibility for training, coaching, and enhancing the capabilities of QA staff and production teams on quality standards and best practices.
• Review and check inspection reports before submitting them to the QA Manager for final approval before shipment.
• Support the QA Manager in liaising with customers and third-party inspection agencies as needed.
• Participate in root cause analysis for claims, returns, and quality complaints.
• Maintain QA documentation, reports, and audit readiness.
• Act on behalf of the QA Manager to oversee departmental operations in their absence.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO HAVE

• 4 + years of QA/QC experience in garment manufacturing.
• Good English communication skill
• At least 2-3 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, sewing techniques, and AQL standards.
• Experience with international quality standards (ISO, buyer-specific standards).
• Good problem-solving, supervisory, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; English communication skills preferred.
