Baller Headwear is a caps manufacturer servicing foreign brands. As we expand our digital infrastructure and implement a new ERP system, we are looking for an experienced ERP Developer (Python) to help build the backend architecture and integrate key modules—especially accounting—into our cloud-based ecosystem. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company and contribute to a meaningful digital transformation.

WHAT WILL YOU INVOLVE

• Develop and maintain backend systems and APIs using Python and frameworks such as Django or Flask.
• Integrate core accounting and finance modules into our ERP ecosystem.
• Design and manage relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite), optimize queries, and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with the Accounting, Frontend, and Infrastructure teams to ensure end-to-end integration.
• Deploy and manage cloud-based applications using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as Cloud SQL, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, and Cloud Run.
• Analyze business requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions.
• Maintain Git repositories, follow Gitflow processes, and participate in CI/CD pipelines via Cloud Build or similar tools.

WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in backend development using Python.
• Proficient in Django or Flask, with experience building and maintaining scalable RESTful APIs.
• Solid experience working with relational databases and managing data on Google Cloud SQL.
• Familiarity with ERP concepts and experience integrating business logic into ERP systems.
• Experience deploying systems on GCP using core services.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to break down business requirements into technical tasks.
• Team player with good communication skills; able to work cross-functionally with accounting and frontend teams.
• Good at English (read and write).

Working time: Monday to Saturday: 7.30 am - 4:30 pm. Half day off on Saturday.
