Job Description: 
Planning:
Verify recruitment needs/requests from departments
Make a recruitment plan: channel, cost, approaching,...
2. Executing:
Search and look for suitable candidates
Screen CVs and setup interviews
Inform feedback and result of the interview to candidates
Negotiate about working conditions and benefits
Make recruitment reports by statistics of candidate data, recruitment costs and other necessary information 
3. Onboarding:
Implement and coordinate procedures for new employees (seats, machines, contracts, employee records, ...)
Integration training for new employees
4. Following the probation:
Coordinate with Department Manager to evaluate the probation and sign contract/terminate the probation with the respective new employees
5. Employer branding: 
Comply with the company's requirements and policies on the recruitment process
Respond to candidates' inquiries in a polite, appropriate and prompt manner
Work with training institutions, universities to source and build recruitment brand
Make a survey of candidate experience, statistics and timely adjustment suggestions
Connect with employees, learn about employees' thoughts and aspirations in order to advise the Board of Directors on timely solutions in labor relations.
6. Others:
Participate in assigned training activities
Perform other tasks as requested by supervisors.

Compensation & Benefits:
Commision based on the number of the successfully offered candidates.
Saturday & Sunday OFF, Overtime pay is 150%, 200%, 300% as per labor law;
Work performance review 2 times/ year (in April and October);
Performance bonus, 13th- month salary, public holidays bonus (2/9, 30/4, 1/5, 1/1); bonus for Excellent Employee and Excellent Team;
Social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and Bao Viet care insurance;
01 hour paid leave per day for women having children under 12 months
01 day remote work per month; A flexitime allowance of 90-180 minutes per month for employees.

Requirements: 
At least 3 years of experience in recruiting IT positions in outsourcing companies (position: Japanese marketing jobs, high-level jobs)
Bachelor of HR, economics, business administration or related fields
Have knowledge of IT services and the labor market
Agile, proactive in work, able to work independently as well as in a good team
Excellent skill of persuasion, negotiation and communication
Positive & results-oriented mindset with logical thinking
Fast learner & change adapter.

Lịch sử thành lập

Tập đoàn Tokyu ban đầu có tên là Meguro Kamata Dentetsu thành lập vào năm 1992. Về sau công ty đổi tên và trở thành tập đoàn Tokyu lớn mạnh. Tập đoàn Tokyu là một trong những tập đoàn kinh tế lâu đời và lớn mạnh tại Nhật Bản.
Becamex IDC được thành lập vào năm 1976 là một doanh nghiệp chuyên về lĩnh vực xây dựng khu công nghiệp, hạ tầng giao thông đô thị, nhà ở… Becamex IDC đã có rất nhiều công trình lớn nhỏ trên khắp cả nước.
Tháng 3/2012, công ty Tokyu đã kí kết hợp đồng liên kết với Tổng Công ty Becamex ICD để thành lập Công ty TNHH Becamex Tokyu đặt trụ sở tại Việt Nam.
