Job Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (e.g., GMV, conversion rate, CTR) to optimize strategies and improve results.
Stay current on TikTok trends, e- commerce innovations, and consumer behavior to continuously refine product and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with KOLs, influencers, and MCN agencies to enhance brand visibility and drive conversions.
Oversee daily operations of the TikTok Shop, including product listing, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
Plan and execute store promotions, campaigns, and live- streaming events to drive traffic and boost sales.
Provide prompt and professional customer support and after- sales service to maximize user satisfaction and retention.

Job Requirements:

English or Chinese language proficiency is a plus.
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Deep knowledge of the Vietnamese e- commerce market and consumer preferences.
Solid understanding of the TikTok ecosystem and digital commerce strategies; experience with live- streaming and short video marketing is a strong advantage.
1+ year of experience operating a store on TikTok Shop or other e- commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada).
