Role objective

• To ensure accurate and timely support for all contract operations, focusing on Vietnamese-Chinese translation, efficient document management, and professional communication with Chinese partners, thereby maintaining a smooth operational flow.

Key responsibilities

• Contract preparation support: Support drafting and editing contracts according to available templates.
• Translation: translation of contracts, letters and other documents from Vietnamese to Chinese and vice versa.
• Contract records management: Store and manage contract records, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible.
• Partner communication: Support communication with Chinese partners and suppliers, ensuring information is communicated accurately and promptly.
• Contract check and tracking: Supports checking the accuracy of contract terms and tracking contract processing progress.
• Support the signing process: Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the contract signing process runs smoothly and on time.
• Reporting: Prepare reports on contract status and related work to direct manager.
• Perform other duties as required by superiors.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
• Chinese proficient in 4 skills: listening, speaking, reading, writing.
• Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills
