Job Responsibilities
- Serve as project manager and conduct validations related to sterility assurance of sterile medical devices from vendors in Asia, including but not limited to:
- a. ETO sterilization validation
- b. Steam sterilization validation
- c. Packaging validation
- Supervise and train vendors on ISO standards and relevant requirements.
- Conduct audits and vigilance audits for the quality system and processes related to sterile products; follow up on CAPA/SCAR and ensure timely provision of appropriate evidence.
- Perform root cause investigations, troubleshooting, and problem-solving when unexpected situations arise.
- Facilitate the adoption of new products into validated sterilization cycles, including but not limited to bioburden, residual evaluation, and packaging evaluation.
- Manage conflicts, interact with vendors and stakeholders, and communicate effectively with internal and cross-functional teams. This role requires extensive travel to vendors to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
- Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- 1‐2 years’ work experience in manufacturing. Experience in medical device is an advantage.
- Fluent at both verbal and written English.
- Microsoft Word and Excel experience at an intermediate level
- Willing to travel with rate 50%
- Good teamwork spirit, Good problem solving skills
- Familiar with requirements and standards related to ISO11135, ISO11607 is preferred
- Project management skill is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or above with science or engineering background. Biological and chemical background is preferred
