We are seeking an accomplished and highly experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing project delivery and leading project teams to implement IT solutions that meet our clients' strategic objectives.

Role responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation through to successful completion, ensuring delivery within defined scope, timelines, and budget
• Act as Scrum Master for multiple teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies and promoting the adoption of Agile best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clearly define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocations
• Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and addressing risks and issues to ensure project success
• Foster effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Provide regular project status updates and detailed reports to stakeholders and senior management
• Ensure strict adherence to GFT’s project management methodologies, standards, and best practices
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and team performance.

Your Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is highly desirable
• A minimum of 12 years of experience in project management and Agile methodologies, ideally within the IT or banking industry
• Demonstrated success in managing complex projects and delivering high-quality results.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop project teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Extensive experience in digital banking or financial services projects
• In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS) and associated technologies
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
• Banking domain knowledge is a plus
