Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Leader (iOS) to guide and drive the development of high-quality iOS solutions for our global banking and financial clients. This role goes beyond hands-on coding — you will define technical direction, lead development teams, and ensure best practices across architecture, design, and implementation.

You will bring deep expertise in iOS technologies, lead technical discussions, mentor developers, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge mobile solutions that align with business goals.

Responsibilities

Technical Leadership:

• Lead end-to-end iOS solution architecture, including design, development, and deployment
• Define and enforce coding standards, development best practices, and architectural guidelines
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers

Project Delivery:

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to design and deliver new features
• Guide the technical planning and estimation of complex development projects
• Own the quality of deliverables from initial planning through to production release

Innovation & Optimization:

• Continuously evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and frameworks to improve efficiency and scalability
• Drive adoption of modern iOS practices, such as SwiftUI, MVVM, dependency injection, and CI/CD
• Help shape the mobile strategy for large-scale digital transformation initiatives

Requirements and Skills

• Minimum of 8 years of iOS development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architectural role
• Strong knowledge of Swift, Objective-C, and modern design patterns (MVVN, Clean Architecture)
• Experience leading iOS development teams or owning architecture for large-scale apps
• Hands-on expertise in:
  • RxSwift
  • Dêpndency Injection
  • RESTful APIs and remote data handling
  • Automated testing and Unit Testing frameworks
  • Git and collaborative development workflows
  • Design tools like Figma
• Proven track record of working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)

Nice-to-have

• Experience with SwiftUI and modern UI architectures
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Fastlane)
• Knowlegde of Cloud-based mobile development and integrations
• Experience with JIRA of similar project management tools
