ABOUT THE ROLE
Crossian is a high-growth technology-driven e-commerce business. Behind our success is our people. As a start-up formed in 2020, we have created a fast-paced and dynamic environment, enabling our people to reach a cumulative average growth rate of over 700% in just under 4 years. Our mission now is to build direct-to-consumer brands and increase customer LTV.
Reporting to our People Ops Director, you will be one of the first building blocks of our transformation. You will act as a pioneer, a change agent, a people empathizer, a culture champion, and most importantly a brand promoter that embodies and spreads the spirit of Crossian.
This role is perfect for you if you are a self-starter, have proven experience in delivering top notch Communications programs, and you have a relentless drive to promote Brand and Culture. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Internal Communications
Independently develop and implement comprehensive employee and channel communications strategy, content, messaging framework and timeline to drive desired behavior
Plan, coordinate, and implement company events, team-building activities, holiday celebrations in collaboration with People Operations and Empowerment department
Participate in ideas and implement new production, update new communication materials about the company (Corporate film, brochure, flyer, poster, banner, etc.)
Understand the communications needs of various internal audiences (C-levels, managers and leaders, expatriates and all employees) crafting messages that are impactful and lead to desired outcomes
Serve as communications consultant and strategist for internal business partners/stakeholders
Employer Branding
Take charge of communications and advertising activities that elevate our brand visibility and awareness, attracting top talent to join our company
Drive the promotion of our EVP through compelling content across various social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Titok, and other platforms)
Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events in collaboration with Talent Acquisition team
Cultivate partnerships with key organizations, including universities, associations, student groups, and Best Places to Work Award organizationsWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or a relevant field
At least 3 years of experience in internal communications and/or employer branding
Proven experience managing, leading, driving and measuring project teams toward common goal
Advanced writing and editing skills - very minimal peer or manager edits needed
Strong communication, listening and interpersonal skills
Strong organization skills with a keen eye for detail
Ability to link communications plans and activities to business results
Sound knowledge and understanding of employee communications methodologies, tools and vehicles
High levels of tact and diplomacyWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
