***COMPANY INTRODUCTION:

YUJIN VINA Co., Ltd specializes in manufacturing cutlery such as spoons, forks, and knives for European and American brands and handbag metal accessories for luxury brands. The company has been in operation for more than 20 years with three factories in Thu Duc and one new factory in Long An focusing on automation. ***YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

1. For Assistant to President position

• Represent the General Director in welcoming state agencies…
• Make documents, make calculation simulations, prepare summaries, translation/interpretation, arrange schedule, ...
• Handle important documents sent to company
• Deploy, receive and process work from the General Director
• Prepare periodic or ad hoc reports for the General Director
• Monitor the progress of the company's work items, personnel-related issues, support budget preparation and budget monitoring.
• Complete tasks assigned by the General Director on schedule.
• Research; prepare reports; handle unexpected and complicated situations; negotiate with state agencies such as: Tax, bank, customs, environment, police and suppliers
• Work with local authorities: Police, environment…
• Participate in contributing ideas, making proposals to improve processes when necessary.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Good English
• Knowledge of law 
• Good relationship with local authorities
• Experience working with Banks, Taxes, Customs.
• Graduated from university of law or equivalent majors
• At least 5 years and above in similar Senior Management position
• Good negotiation skills
• Quick with numbers and quantitative data 
• Good attitude
