1. Owner for line value stream performance (%OEE, CT (cycle time), NU, IDC (internal defect cost), QAM (Quality Assurance Matrix):
• Daily monitor line KPI (%OEE, CT, NU, IDC, TCT, QAM).
• Understanding line material / information flow: WI/ PQI (work instruction), VSM / VSD, StD, ...
• Improve the documentation as Work instruction, Control plan, 14Q, 4M change
• Solving daily SQCD issue at shop floor and cooperate/support to other line engineer
2. Technical capacity planning:
• Understanding the PVA & MPS (Capacity planning).
• Update and review capacity based on each MPSx.
• Reporting and/or escalation to higher management to overcome challenging and reaching your responsible.
3. TDC (Total defect cost=IDC+ RDC) coordinator:
• Leading team members in order to reach given targets incl. IDC & RDC (internal & risk cost)
• Monitoring and managing these KPIs (IDC & RDC).
• Solving obstacles in given responsibility and scope to support the team
4. Problem solving & continue improvement competency:
• Leading team to solve complex quality problem based on Bosch tool such as PSS, 8D ....
• Lead changes, line improvements, release new line & product, initial sample run based on Bosch tool such as ECR, CSS....
5. Support & coaching task
• Support & cooperate to BPS and production planning
• Coaching the new Line engineer / shift leader
6. Other tasks assigned by manager1. Education
• Engineer university degree or master's in industrial Engineer/ Mechanical/ Mechatronic
• Languages: ‒ Mandatory: English, Vietnamese, spoken and written fluently
2. Work experience
• At least 2 years in industrial engineering field
• Experience in leading a direct report team is advance
• Results/Cost Orientation
• Experience in Project / Task Management/ Line management (e.g. applying PDCA, KPI monitor, etc.)
