• Coordinate the recruitment process for all requested employees to fill budgeted carder in line with value process output and organizational budget. • Define and document the current HR process, identify nonvalue added activities and work with the HR team to make improvements. • Development of training and development policies in consideration of business objectives and skill/ capability requirement. • Co-ordinate/ administer the performance management system, guide, and advise on all PMS related aspects in order to ensure employee performance is monitored / rewarded in a consistent manner within the performance management framework. • Lead/direct and motivate the team by developing team capabilities to meet current and future business requirements. • Attending for management meetings and preparation of reports. • Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.
