Product Development Staff (Support) is responsible for the product execution throughout the Product Development Division. His/her accountabilities are maintaining the product system setup from Product side, working closely with other relevant teams (Risk, Sales, Underwriting, Operations, DT&M, ICT...) to define the workflow, operation process to ensure the process run smoothly and support sales & Product Division to achieve the company target/ strategy.
II. Key Roles & Responsibilities
The Product Support Officer performs a wide range of duties including but not limited to:
1. Manage and maintain the Sales Finance portal to support sales activity of Sales Finance product include (30%)
• Set up and manage dealer
• Control product list & price
• Set up and de-active promotion campaign with dealer
2. Support for the sales division to ensure the process, operation, and system (30%)
• Support sales and partnership activity on daily basis to maintain smoothly operation regarding to system support development
• Receive and support Sales special request regarding to process, operation, deviation request
• Provide instruction/ guideline to users of new product/ process/ promotion campaign
• Maintain the Product policy/ manual and process
3. Updating and testing the system for new product development (30%)
• Raise requirements to develop/ change or modify system to adapt with new product development
• Conduct the UAT test with end users to launch new product/ dealer/ promotion campaign if any
4. Other tasks (10%)
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Dept Head.1. Qualification
• University Degree majored in Business Administration/Finance & Banking or any related major
2. Work Experience
• 2+ years of experience preferably in banking or consumer finance company
3. Knowledge
• Knowledge of Retail banking - Consumer finance: products, policies and processes
• How to research and keep up to date with market's changing and technology that may impact product development
• System: loan management
• Execute and monitor business performance
• Maintain operation of Sales Finance product, manage dealer, control product list & price
• Referable experience in a product team/ credit operation
4. Skills
• English - Upper-intermediate
• Project Management, System operation
• Good problem's solving abilities, able to troubleshoot issues and determine the cause of plan's success or failure
• Collaboration, Problem analysis, Presentation skills
• Ability to define problem, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Access) and knowledge of CRMThưởng
