- Ensure all employees recruitment, screening, interviewing is being done according to the company requirements.
- Manage/ Liaise with production and other departments in fulfilling band plans/ achieving headcounts and issues with regard to worker management
- Follow up all matters related to working Hours / HSE & HR document & make sure all documents are comply with law requirements.
- Analyze the department talent to other strategic business needs.
- Contribute to strategic projects with other members of the HR team particularly where these impact Talent, Learning and Organization Development’s processes and systems
- Develop skills and competency profile for each key position identified in the previous activity.
- Any tasks which assigned by HR Manager & HR Assistant Manager.
