- Maintain ISO standards/ 5S standards/ Compliance standards and Buyer Quality Management System.
- Attend the handling of Buyer Quality Assurance’s and QMS audits, and work on corrective and preventive action plans.
- Train the Quality Assurance team to achieve standards at the workplace.
- Be responsible for the process to produce garments as per Buyers’ quality standards.
- Work on company values and make the Quality Assurance team understand and practice accordingly.
- Overlook the technical side/ inspections, monitor the progress & reporting. Maintain 100% final inspection pass rate for all customers.
- Conduct daily morning meetings and risk analysis meetings, pre-production meetings and delivery meetings.
- Control labor turnover rate, disciplinary and absenteeism rate of the team.
- Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
