JOB DESCRIPTION:

Oversee and manage all technical operations, maintenance, and upkeep to ensure that the technical systems (M/E) of business establishments operate efficiently, function correctly, minimize costs, and extend equipment lifespan.
Execute operational tasks, maintenance, and servicing of equipment in business locations. Prevent potential damages to valuable assets and ensure there are no losses of equipment and property entrusted to the establishments.
Maintain a log to track and record regular inspections of maintenance and repairs, ensuring that equipment is always in optimal working condition. Establish equipment management procedures and provide completion guidelines for customers.
Accurately document and report all incidents and repair activities, addressing issues promptly.
Ensure security and safety for all customers at business locations, as well as visitors and staff. Quickly identify and prevent accidents, damages, or losses affecting people and property. Be fully versed in all emergency procedures and evacuation protocols at the establishments.
Guide customers through layout diagrams and provide information related to the machinery and equipment systems in the building. Instruct and regularly remind customers about fire prevention and evacuation procedures.
Collaborate in maintaining security, fire prevention, occupational health and safety, and labor safety protocols for the HAN office and business establishments.
Proficiently manage and operate fire prevention equipment at business locations and the HAN office.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENT:

Knowledge:

Bachelors degree.
Proficient in drafting documents and using office software.

Skills:

Ability to work independently and collaboratively, effectively connecting departments for new projects.
Willingness to travel.
Strong understanding of legal documents.
Negotiation skills with partners.
Capable of planning, coordinating, and executing tasks.

Attitude:

Energetic, honest, and enthusiastic about work.
Quick, skillful, and creative in tasks.
Responsible and able to handle work pressure.
