Main Responsibilities:

Work together with cross-functional teams and important stakeholders to implement and enhance smooth HR & Office operating procedures in order to advance the company's rules and regulations.

HR Compliance:

• Ensure that all HR processes are fully compliant with legal and regulatory frameworks, both internal and external.

• You will be in charge of executing all HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, headcount planning, hiring, performance management, and employee lifecycle activities, are fully compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Oversee the implementation and adherence to company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations, ensuring the organization remains compliant at all times.

• Manage HR projects related to public/company policy, legal compliance, and organizational development, with a focus on regulatory alignment.

HR & Office Operations Management:

• Manage HR & Office operations, support HR initiatives, and provide practical guidance to cross departments on various HR matters to promote a compliant and efficient work environment.

• Provide HR support in key areas such as compensation planning, performance management, talent management, staffing, employee relations, and labor union matters.

• Oversee the end-to-end process of employee data management within the HR system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

• Guide employees and managers in utilizing self-service tools for onboarding, referrals, and other HR processes, promoting technology adoption and efficiency.

HR Metrics & Analysis Support:

• Analyze HR data and monitor results through key metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

• Develop, communicate, and maintain HR reports that highlight the success of key initiatives and compliance efforts.

• Provide and keep up-to-date process documentation for every procedure, providing coworker training as needed.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• At least 3 - 5 years of experience in leading HR operations (including process management, HR operations, and improvement) driving process transformation

• Demonstrated competence in managing various HR functional areas like Talent Acquisition, Employee Lifecycle management, Employee support center, Compensation & Benefits processes.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

• Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward.

• Emphasis on compliance background; familiarity with local labor regulations and experience preparing government reports are highly desirable

• Good command in English communication
