• Take full responsibility for reporting all Procurement department activities to the CFO, ensuring that all relevant information is clear, accurate, and timely.
• Formulate and drive the overall effective procurement strategy, including procurement budget, capital plan, periodic arrangements, and process implementation.
• Manage and enhance the procurement reporting system to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead, supervise, and manage the performance of all subordinate personnel across the organization, including outlets, Head office, and representative offices/branches of HAN.
• Continuously assess and enhance procurement processes, policies, and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage procurement budgets and expenses, implemente cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Lead Cost Savings continuous improvement initiative to improve company sourcing strategy.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers and deliver best total value including quality, cost, services and access to innovation of the category in charge. These should include lead time, terms, serve as the procurement and contract expert resource for assigned capex.
• Drive procurement execution by ensuring timelines are met while maintaining constant collaboration with others team.
• Supplier Lifecycle performance management to maximize profitability and achieve financial objectives.
• Dashboard report – Cost variance.
