Main role: In charge of market research and building up strategies for Hyosung’s new businesses (including both M&A and greenfield investment)

+ Research & development

– Research on Vietnam macro environment (legal, trends, community, investors, entrepreneurs, etc.)

– Research & follow up major economical and investment trends, and innovative business ideas

– Research on industrial & market landscape of potential sectors for investment

– Research on major business model in Vietnam for case-studies

+ Target Analysis & Investment

– Developing investment targets, criteria, strategy and roadmap for investment in potential sectors

– Sourcing for suitable investment targets regarding to developed criteria

– Target analysis (supporting the DD, valuation and making final recommendation)

– Deal implementation, negotiation and closing.

– Risk management

+ Post project development

– Develop strategy and roadmap for the development of invested start-ups

– Conduct regular business analysis and identify key issues for improvement to ensure targets achieved and profitability

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

–      Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Economics, Investment, Business Management or related field

–      12 years working experience of which over 5-7 years’ experience in market investigation, or strategy analysis for green-field investment or M&A projects (chemicals, energy, fintech, venture capital, etc.), with good understanding of the markets practice

–      Demonstrated ability to synthesize the evolving future of an industry, and to define corresponding impact of those trends, using of fs model, discovery cash flow

–      Strong problem-solving skills and drive for results

–      Demonstrated aptitude for analytics and report writing skills

–      Ability to deal with multiple projects

–      Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

–      Leadership skill (Adaptability, Trustworthiness, Organization, Relationship-building, People management, Problem-solving)
