Job Description
- Support supervisor/manager on coordinating between factories and head office who will stand in the middle to push for the information/solution in a timely manner;
- Support supervisor/manager on monitoring daily work carefully to ensure no information/emails are missing/overlooking;
- Support supervisor/manager to follow up production issues during production process and heads up to supervisor/manager for any issues to avoid any delay per Head office request;
- Support supervisor/manager to follow up initial, inline, final inspection booking;
- Support supervisor/manager to managing TNA, finalize over/short shipment quantity with factory/heads up/update head office on time;
- Support supervisor/manager on weekly, monthly reports for certain part of the merchandising team administrative activities.
Requirements
- Fresh graduated;
- Fluent in English is a MUST (oral & written);
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good attitude, proactive & willing to learn mindset;
- Good time-management skills and a team player; - Autonomous and able to perform under pressure;
- Possess analytical and data-driven mindset in reporting and analyzing database;
- Competent computer Skills, Experience in Excel, AX, Pivot 888 are a plus.
