Job Description

Handle daily operations in the Mall to ensure highest quality standards and meet all customers’ requirements. Be responsible for checking the Mall’s facilities and coordinate with other departments and contractors to resolve respective issues.
Maintain, study & enhance the facilities provided to customers.
Ensure all compliance agreements in place with company policy.
Identify & inform management of any Health & Safety Risk Related to the Mall Building that may affect employees, contractors and general public.
Manage tenant shops operational compliance (i.e shop appearance, merchandise, trading hours, signage…) through regular audits, random check…rectify any non-compliance through official warning, lease contractual penalties as required.
To maintain up-to-date records and documentation for both mall-related (insurance, completion certificate, approval) and tenant related (ie: lease contracts, trade licenses, insurance, pest control, hygiene report, PCCC report, ect…).
Supervise and monitor outsourcing vendors of the Mall.
Prepare and submit operation’s report/ Tenant’s report.
Monitor and improve customer services and working attitude of Tenant sales staffs. Manage Tenants on in charged floors and coordinate with tenants on daily issues
Solving customer complaints
Tenancy coordination for new/ renovating tenants
Payment and SAP (contract, invoice, petty cash, payment, etc)
Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Job Requirements

Candidates must be capable of solving problems, dealing with customers and tenants.
Candidates should possess high sense of negotiation skill to achieve goals of work
Demonstrate knowledge and expertise in Retail management and hospitality
Candidates must demonstrate outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
Ability to work with multi-culture and multi-tasks environment
Good command of English and Vietnamese
Good ability to use Office computer software
Good at team working as well as working independently
4 years of relevant working experience.
