Instruct guests to use Onsen service in accordance with the Spa standards.
Strictly follow the roster scheduled by Spa Manager.
Attend all spa meeting/training scheduled/asked by Spa Manager.
Read Spa log book every day.
Responsible for guest satisfaction and Spa reputation.
Report to Assistant Spa Manager/Spa Manager when receive any complaint from guest, even the complaint is already solved.
Responsible for cleanliness and order of Staff room, and Onsen area.
Train new staff when scheduled/asked by Assistant Spa Manager /Spa Manager.
Respect Guest privacy. Talking about guest information, about guest's body is forbidden.
Sell treatments and products.
Communicate all appropriate matters to Assistant Spa Manager /Spa Manager.
Other tasks assigned by Spa Manager.
