Revenue control
Monitor and analyze revenue streams generated by the business development team.
Park revenue in Finance system for invoicing, Implement controls to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of revenue.
Project Feasibility Analysis
Conduct comprehensive analysis to assess the feasibility of potential projects.
Evaluate market trends, competitive landscape, and financial implications.
Provide recommendations based on analysis to guide decision-making processes.
Investment Due Diligence
Perform thorough due diligence (full set) on potential investments in real-estate.
Assess financial performance, risks, and growth potential.
Forecast & Report
Generate regular reports on business development activities, revenue performance, and key metrics.
Develop forecasts based on market trends, sales projections, and other relevant data.
Present findings to management and provide insights to support strategic planning initiatives.

Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or relatedfield;
Minimum of2 years of experience in business of real-estate or interior sector;
Experience in finance, planning field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill to engage effectively with clients;
Fluent in speaking & writing English, Korean is an advantage;
Strong sales mindset
Ability to work dependently and collaboratively under high pressure;
Strong organization and time management skill to take multiple responsibilities efficiently;
