Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager for their Footwear division in the assigned region. The successful candidate will be based in Vietnam, and will have the chance to work in both mature and emerging markets, leveraging their understanding of local customers and cultures to bridge the gap between local realities and corporate needs.

As a Regional Sales Manager for Footwear, your role will be pivotal in driving profitable business growth. You will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, identifying valuable opportunities, managing key accounts, and leading a high-performance team. Your ability to understand local customers and cultures will be crucial as you navigate both mature and emerging markets. Your leadership skills will be put to good use as you develop your team to meet changing business demands. - Develop and execute sales strategies by managing and directing the sales team.
- Work closely with Marketing team to identify valuable business opportunities.
- Develop strategic sales plans to achieve agreed sales targets.
- Get actively involved in developing the Footwear strategy for the region.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for the region.
- Maintain sales volumes, product mix and selling price by keeping updated with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
- Understand the value drivers of the business and identify profitable commercial opportunities.
- Develop a high performance team by providing excellent leadership.
- Manage key accounts in the region.
- Coordinate all transplant customers and support the business growth.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Regional Sales Manager role will bring a wealth of commercial experience, particularly within a senior role handling key accounts. Your strong interpersonal skills will be key in building relationships with customers and leading your team. Resiliency, drive, high entrepreneurship, and a strong level of integrity are all qualities that you possess. A Bachelor's degree or above in an appropriate discipline such as Chemistry or Engineering is required.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Material Engineering or Business.
- At least 10 years commercial experience with experience handling key accounts.
- Strong customer intimacy, resiliency and drive.
- Strong inter-personal skills, high entrepreneurship, dealing with ambiguity, strong level of integrity.
- Proven leadership ability.
