- Strategic planning and direction: Taking responsibility for developing long-term plans and strategic direction to achieve business goals and sustainable growth.
- Organizing, managing, and overseeing business operations: Ensuring efficient daily operations, organizational effectiveness, and compliance with business standards.
- Recruitment, personnel development, and other HR activities: Overseeing recruitment processes, nurturing employee development, and managing HR functions to support optimal performance.
- Business and marketing planning: Developing business and marketing strategies to ensure the company achieves its objectives effectively.
Yêu cầu công việc
- A university degree or higher in engineering, preferably specializing in automation and control systems.
- Prioritized experience in industries such as food and beverage.
- Demonstrated success in business development.
- Over 5 years of experience in managing and developing business operations.
- Experience in operating and overseeing all departments of a company.
- Proficiency in using management or company administration software.
- Leadership skills, ability to manage and organize personnel, and develop growth-oriented business strategies.
- Experience in implementing and driving sales and marketing activities.
- Strong communication skills, with proficiency in reading and understanding English.
- Deep understanding of economic contracts, finance, legal aspects (opportunities, forecasting, KPIs, etc.), and strong networking abilities.
- Organizational skills, goal setting, analysis, and planning abilities.
- Integrity, diligence, enthusiasm, high sense of responsibility and discipline, and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
