Purpose of Role:

• Coordinate to teams to standardize and build the maintenance data base for PVN plant.

• Plan and organize the preventive maintenance activities at the plant to ensure the infrastructure like building, office, workshop in the best condition and support technical projects to achieve the best-in-class results aim to achieve the production planning with safely producing and highest quality products and to meet customer expectation.

• Direct involve in the Infrastructure/Civil subject matters for the Infrastructure/Civil projects execution to ensure meeting the hygienic building design for food factory and safety in operational.

• Incorporate with other teams within Engineering teams and Production, Procurement team to ensure the PM plan are implemented, monitored and complied with procedures, policies.

• Incorporate with Maintenance Planner to build the budget and maintenance plan.

• Support Spare Part Store Team to identify the spare part specification for PM and spare part management activities.

• Update and backup for maintenance data base yearly to optimize and improve maintenance cost.

• Manage or support to implement the improvement program to improve the reliability, safety of infrastructure at the plant.

Key Accountabilities/ Job Description:

1. Ensure infrastructure, office, building, workshop is available and reliability for the production activities.

• Ensure building, office, workshop is in good condition.

• Incorporate with Maintenance Planning teams to plan and organize the maintenance activities to comply with maintenance procedure and carry out PM as planned.

• Drive or support to solve troubleshooting.

• Comply with safe work and food safety policies during maintenance activities execution.

• Incorporate with teams to plan spare parts for maintenance activities planning and organization.

2. Plan and organize activities to meet company business goals.

• Build and standardize the preventive and predictive maintenance data base.

• Carry out the maintenance activities as planned.

• Do assessment for critical equipment for maintenance data base building.

• Standardize maintenance work and monitor vendors' implementation according to issued standards

• Monitor constructors to ensure maintenance or building activities are implemented with highest quality and safety and meet timeline.

3. Improve, increase automation on the equipment and process lines.

• Drive or support to review designs at the beginning stage of project to ensure maintenance purpose to reduce operation cost and food safety.

4. Implement the projects

• Incorporate with project team to have input to build and design technical specification for improve or new installation to ensure the new improvement or installation are highest of safety, quality, food safety, low investment cost, high capacity and meet project timeline.

• Take charge of multiple infrastructure-related projects.

Knowledge

• Major in Civil certified.

• Safe work knowledge.

Experience in project management.

• 5S knowledge

• Good in industrial maintenance knowledge.

• Good knowledge about the hygienic in food factory.

Professional and technical Skills

• Maintenance planning and organization.

• Good in using office tools: Word, Excel, Powerpoint.

• Skilled in AutoCad drawing.

• Knowing how to use 3D drawing software is a plus.

Qualifications

• University or Junior College graduated major in Civil.

• English in reading and writing.

Experience

• 2-3 years’ experience in repair and management in industrial infrastructure.

• 1-2 years’ experience in maintenance planning and organization.

• 1-2 years’ experience working in food factory.
