Job Summary:
Support the production and engineering teams in daily operations, documentation, and process improvements. Gain hands-on experience in a real manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in updating production documents and monitoring tools/equipment.
- Support data collection on scrap rates and production efficiency.
- Help prepare training materials and participate in operator training.
- Join new project setups and assist with documentation.
- Participate in improvement activities and learn Lean/6 Sigma basics.
- Support change management and process transfer documentation.
