As a Business Recruitment Consultant at Glints Vietnam, you will be responsible for building, curating, and consulting our talent community, helping them to discover great opportunities and match them up to great companies. Key requirements:

• +6 months experience working in recruitment or headhunting
• Good command of English
• Good attitude, willing to learn and proactive at work
• Have a passion for recruitment
• Have basic understanding of CGR (Consumer Good and Retails) is a plus point
  
  
  

Scope of work:

• Connect with to clients and gain the insight of the job as well as the candidates they are looking for
• Performing job advertisement & support talent attraction activities on variety of channels
• Conduct the interview process (full cycle)
• Juggling dozens of hiring processes simultaneously, including providing guidance, gathering feedback, and pushing job processes forward
• Constantly maintaining and developing talent pool for experienced hires
• Track data and provide feedback to the team that will make the marketplace and recruiting process more efficient
• Consult the Line Manager/HR function in choosing the best fit
• Other related tasks (as requested by superiors)
