• Introduce the Show and Sell tickets to Walk-in guests
• Support other channels for Ticket Booking and Ticket Delivery
• Manage/Support check-in counter for the Show Dates and control audiences situation inside the auditorium
• Support activities related to the show at the Venue in the effort to maximize the happiness of customers and the branding of company’s products.

2. OPD support on show dates: Be responsible for the operations during show time in the effort to ensure audiences to have good experience during the time at the venue on show dates while respecting theater and the show’s regulations:

• Set-up before show – branding & cleanliness
• Filter, assist audience to get line
• Ticket control
• Giving common instructions to audiences
• Escort audiences to their seats (if any)
• Control Theatre’s policy

• 14 annual leave days
• Compulsory insurance based on 100% gross salary effective since signing labor contract
• Health insurance and accident insurance since the first working date
• Fiscal-year-end bonus based on company performance

• College/ University in related majors: Hospitality/ BA/ Languages...;
• Proficiency in speaking and writing in English;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Experience on problems solving skills;
• Ability to work effectively within a team;
• Ability to use computerized ticketing system;
• Accuracy and attention to detail;
• Having good health and being able to work under the pressure;
• Having friendly and professional attitude;
• Ability to work in weekends, Tết/public holidays;
• Having working experience in the hospitality industry or related majors is preferable.
