ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Google Performance Marketer, you&039;ll be in charge of developing and executing performance- driven advertising campaigns on Google. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing campaigns, maximizing return on ad spend, and driving customer acquisition and retention. We&039;re seeking someone with a strong background in Google performance marketing and a proven track record of achieving significant growth and driving results.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
✓ Test and iterate ad creatives, signal segments, and campaign strategies to continuously improve performance and maximize return on investment.
✓ Plan and execute performance marketing strategies on Google platform to acquire customers and boost customer lifetime value.
✓ Keep your finger on the pulse of Google advertising trends, best practices, and changes in the ecosystem, so we can stay ahead of the curve.
✓ Collaborate closely with our creative, analytics, and product teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and cohesive messaging.
✓ Provide regular reports to stakeholders, sharing insights, highlighting successes, addressing challenges, and identifying optimization opportunities.
✓ Dive deep into campaign data to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), track campaign success, and make data- driven decisions for optimization.
✓ Plan, set up, and optimize Google advertising campaigns effectively.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
✓ Proven track record of driving significant growth and achieving outstanding results in performance marketing campaigns.
✓ A bachelor&039;s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Data Analysis, Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
✓ Having Data certificates, specialized certificates is an advantage
✓ Strong analytical skills and ability to extract valuable insights from data to optimize campaigns and deliver business outcomes.
✓ Having more than 1 year of experience in performance marketing, focus on conversion objective.
✓ Familiarity with performance marketing metrics such as ROAS, CPA, LTV, and conversion rates.
✓ Experience in the e- commerce industry or agency marketing is a plus.
