I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS
1. Monitor day by day sales performance:
- Perform inventory & sales channel management
- Perform pricing and develop promotional campaigns to generate sales.
- Coordinate with SEM team to implement marketing campaign, optimize impression, and regulate marketing budget
- Track and analysis the market information & competitor dynamics to provide the necessary tactics
- Conduct, execute the business plan to achieve the sales target and prepare sales forecast for each product in all sales channel
- Coordinate and work with other departments (Supply Chain, R&D,…) for smooth running of sales operation.
2. Product Positioning:
- Conduct market research, initiate & propose new product ideas, identify new market to enter and occupy market share and responsible for developing & executing launching plan.
- Prepare sales report & analysis (result-oriented) by week, month and quarter.
- Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by leader/ manager.

II. REQUIREMENTS
1. Knowledge
- University bachelor’s degree (or upcoming graduation) in Economics, Business Administration,
- Marketing or Finance.
- Knowledge about the American market or SEO/ keywords.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- English is a must (at least 600 TOEIC).
2. Skills
- Have logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving.
- Project management.
- Strong communication and presentation.
- Time management and multitasking.
- Adaptability and flexibility.
3. Experience
- 1 year experience in a similar role in E-commerce.
- Preferably working experience in e-commerce.
- Great sense of integrity, responsibility and urgency.
- Must be team-oriented and self-motivated.
