Position: Marketing Intern (Full-time, 6-month contract from 11/2024 to 4/2025)

Responsibilities:

• Support MKT Segment Head for Zalo OA:
  • Content Management: Assist in the creation, scheduling, and management of engaging content (text, images, videos) for Zalo OA to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
  • Customer Interaction: Monitor and respond to customer inquiries through Zalo OA to maintain high-quality customer service.
  • Performance Tracking: Track and analyze key performance metrics to ensure the effectiveness of Zalo OA campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Campaign Implementation: Collaborate in the deployment of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events on Zalo OA, ensuring seamless execution.
• Support MKT Segment Head for Tiktok Shop:
  • Content Coordination: Help create and schedule engaging and creative content (videos, challenges) for Tiktok to promote products and enhance brand visibility.
  • Product Management: Assist in managing product listings, ensuring accurate and attractive product descriptions and visuals.
  • Customer Engagement: Monitor customer interactions and respond to inquiries on Tiktok to foster a positive customer experience.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze Tiktok Shop performance metrics, suggesting strategies for enhancement based on data insights.
• General Administrative Support:
  • Marketing Coordination: Coordinate marketing activities and promotional events with internal teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update marketing databases, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Report Preparation: Assist in preparing marketing reports and presentations, integrating data and insights to support decision-making.
  • Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team to ensure smooth operations.
• Innovative Contributions:
  • Fresh Ideas: Contribute new and creative ideas to enhance marketing strategies on Zalo OA and Tiktok Shop.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and social media to provide relevant input and suggestions.

Monthly allowance: 6,000,000 VND per month
